A: General Terms & Conditions Of Service

• Biz BuildHers is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. eastern time. 
• Any questions or concerns asked after hours or during hours outside of hours of operation will be answered during normal business hours. Please refrain from sending more than one request regarding the same concern.  Please allow us up to 24 -48 business hours to respond to any questions or concerns. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need help. 
• Answers to your commonly asked questions can be found at the bottom of this page. 

A1: Communication

 B: Software

• Subscription fees for your business are not covered by Biz BuildHers . All funnels are built on www.kartra.com. A Kartra subscription is required for us to complete your project. Kartra subscriptions must be purchased within three days of completing your final payment. If we do not receive your Kartra login name and password within three days, you run the risk of not receiving any Kartra related services without a refund. 
• All automations, landing pages, subscription lists, leads, and other sales funnels will be created in Kartra. 
• In order to create your funnels, we will need to access our account. 

B1: Software & Emails

• All landing pages for funnels must have a url. Kartra provides two options:

    - We may purchase a new domain name and link it to your Kartra page .

    - You may link your existing domain to your Kartra account.

C: Content

• Biz BuildHers is responsible for creating the design of your funnels. If you would like us to include any tag lines, strategies, content, etc.,  you must provide the content to our team via Asana within 30 days from the time of your purchase.  All content images and graphics that  you submit must be high quality.  If you don't have any images to provide us with, stock photos will be provided for no additional fee. You will be able to make minor revisions to your funnels. These revisions include adding images and changing the text.

D: Project Completion

• Biz BuildHers has up to 35-90 business days to complete all funnels. 

D1: Rush Fee & Payment Plan Terms

•         Rush fees will vary depending on the nature of the project. Please request a quote.

D2: Payment Plans

• All services that are not paid in full will require a down payment to begin services. BizbuildHers does not offer payment plans  for one-time services and monthly recurring services. Business Bundles require a 50% down payment.  The remainder of the payments will be billed monthly for up to three months.
• All payments are due 30 days from the date of the original payment.  After the third day of the due date, there will be a $50 late fee.
• All payments must be made with one form of payment. We are unable to provide split invoices.
• By signing this document, you authorize Biz BuildHers to bill your credit or debit card for the amount of your payment plan monthly. Please ensure funds are in your account to cover the payment before your due date. Failure to receive a payment will result in a loss of all services.
• If a late fee is not paid in addition to the monthly payment and any additional fees, you will forfeit your services after the fifth missed payment day. You will not gain access to the program after the fifth business day. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 
• After the fifth, missed  payment, you will lose all access to services without a refund. The remaining penalty fees, all filing fees, legal fees, plus the termination fees will be collected in court. 
• All services are non-refundable under any conditions. 

E. Respect Policy

• Biz BuildHers prides itself on providing the best customer service and leadership for our clients and our community. We will always be respectful and fair.  Mental health is a top priority for our staff and our clients. Any requests outside of our scope of work will not be honored. 

F.  Rights To Terminate A Contract 

            The following are grounds for immediate termination of this contract without an option to receive a refund. 

• Failure to provide content or any other requested information for your services.
• Failure to provide content or any other requested information for your services before our deadlines.
• Failure to send us your username/email and Kartra password.
• Failure to pay your monthly payments within five business days from the time of your billing date.
• Failure to update your billing. In order for us to complete your project, your Kartra account must be active for a minimum of 60 days after the time of your purchase of our services. Your account can not be in cancelation status, frozen, or locked. Please make sure you have updated your billing on Kartra. We have a right to terminate this contract at any time if the account is frozen, locked, cancelled, suspended, or in the process of being cancelled due to insufficient funds or any issue related to billing. A refund will not be issued. 
• Bullying  or disrespecting our staff in any way. We're all human. Please be mindful of the way you communicate. We are happy to assist you or communicate with you regarding any of your questions or concerns. Please honor our  Respect Policy  in the same way that we honor you and your business. Biz BuildHers reserves the right to terminate your contract if you fail to communicate in a professional or respectful manner.
